PURPOSE:To obtain a correcting tool of simple structure that corrects burr or strain, etc. at a through hole pierced in a shape steel by providing upper and lower correcting rollers that correct the flange parts of formed shape steel in a supporting frame spanned between roll stands. CONSTITUTION:While forming a shape steel 6 by roll stands 2, 3, a correcting tool 1 corrects the flange parts 5, 5 holding them between correcting rolls 14, 15. For instance, deformation such as burr 22, etc. generated around a through hole 7 pierced beforehand in the stand 3 is corrected and flattened effectively as shown in the right side of the figure. Further, final forming by the stand 2 is made easy and the dimensional accuracy of the shape steel is improved. |
