PURPOSE:In a resin bumper where the bumper skin is fixed through the fixing section to the front face of a bumper reinforce, to facilitate the fixing of the bumper skin by forming the fixing section rotatably against the bumper skin through a thin hinge. CONSTITUTION:The body 19 of a resin bumper skin 3 is formed to have C- shaped cross-section, while the fixing wall 11 for securing to the bumper reinforce 1 is formed on the rear face at the rear side of the upper wall 10. While a through-hole 14 for a clip 8 is made through the lower wall 13. Here the base section of the fixing wall 11 is formed into a thin hinge 20 by a groove made in the rear face. Consequently the fixing wall 11 is rotatable against said body 19 through the thin hinge 20. Consequently the assembling is facilitated by rotating the fixing wall 11 to be horizontal to assemble the bumper skin 3 with the bumper reinforce 1 then returning the fixing wall 11 to be vertical to contact tightly with the flange 4. |
