PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of a boundary layer between hot-water and water by a method wherein the relative position of the outlet port and the inlet port of water stream of a hot-water reserving tank is determined and the inlet port of the water stream is provided with a rectifying function. CONSTITUTION:A heat pump cycle is constituted by a compressor 3, a heating heat exchanger 4, a choke valve 5, an evaporator 6 and an accumulator 7 while the outlet port 11 of the water stream is provided at the side surface of the hot-water reserving tank 1 near the bottom thereof and is connected to the heating heat exchanger 4 through a circulating pipe 10 equipped with a pump 9. The returning circulation pipe 12'' from the heating heat exchanger 4 is connected to the inlet port 13'' of the water stream provided at the lower position than the central part of the hot-water reserving tank while the rectifying device 20, such as a baffle plate or the like, controlling the upward flow of the inflow water stream is provided at the opening part of the inlet port 13'' of the water stream in the hot-water reserving tank 1. |
