发明名称 APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING GOLD PARTICLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the gold particle-manufacturing apparatus which can manufacture approximately spherical gold particles made even in the distribution of particle size, in pouring gold melt into a gold-ejecting crucible, by adopting the constitution that its pouring amount can be controlled by a rotary means whose rotation speed is made variable. CONSTITUTION:Gold melted in a crucilbe 2 by a high-frequency coil 3 is poured into a gold-ejecting crucible 17 kept hot with an electric oven 16 by the operation of a rotary means 8. The gold melt poured into the crucible 17 is then ejected through a nozzle 18 into a tank 14 reserving water in it. The condition of spraying gold through the nozzle 18 into the tank 14 is made uniform by controlling the gear ratio of the gear box 12 of a means 8 to change the rotation speeds of a rotary vessel 5 and the crucible 2. Thereafter, gold ejected from the crucible 17 is made into a whirlpool by water previously ejected through the water-spray nozzle 27 of a hydraulic rotary means 25 and then dropped into the stream of water in the tank 14 being rotated. Thus, all of the gold particles solidified into an approximately spherical shape are let pass through the tapered part 19 of a hopper 19 and recovered in a recovering vessel 20.
