PURPOSE:To shorten the time for correcting picture pattern reference, by arranging reference detecting marks in the order of black, deep blue, black, red, black and yellow, and putting a standard mark between said mark and following color mark. CONSTITUTION:When the times of deviations from standard pulses for deep blue, red and yellow are (b), (c) and (d), the arrangement of reference detecting marks is made to be black, deep blue, black, red, black and yellow. Therefore, correction between black and yellow and correction between black and red, which have small deviations of picture patterns, are finished by the first correction at the third stage. Thus a reference interval (a) is obtained. Then, the second correction is performed. When the deep blue correcting operation is finished, picture pattern aligning of four colors are finished. Then, four stage corrections including (D) are finished, the picture pattern reference correcting time based on the detected pulses is shortened to a large extent, and poor printing (deviation in printing, blurred printing, and the like) is reduced. |
