<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled ink consisting of specified developer, leuco dye and solvent and giving writings in deep and fast colors which can be readily erased with a desensitizer. CONSTITUTION:The ink contains (A) a novolac type phenol as developer, (B) about 10-30wt% colorless electron donating organic compd. which develops color under the action of (A) (leuco dye such as Crystal Violet Lactone) and (C) about 25-50wt% aromatic alcohol (e.g. benzyl alcohol) and/or ethylene glycol monophenyl ether as solvent, wherein a preferred blend ratio between the developer and the leuco dye is approximately 1:1-10:1. The writings produced by this ink can be readily erased with an ink eraser consisting of a solution which contains a polar compd. (e.g. N-vinyl pyrrolidone/vinyl acetate copolymer).</p> |
