PURPOSE:To test the state of injection close to the conditions of operation of a diesel engine by reciprocating and driving a plunger in an oil pressure cylinder by air pressure in an air cylinder chamber. CONSTITUTION:An oil pressure booster 21 is constituted by a fuel pressure chamber 24 communicated with an oil path 23 to the fuel injection valve V from a fuel oil tank 22, an oil pressure cylinder chamber 25, which is adjoined to the pressure chamber 24 and the inside thereof is filled with working oil, an air cylinder chamber 26 adjoined to the side reverse to the pressure chamber 24 side of the cylinder chamber 25, and the plunger 29, which is fixed to pistons 27, 28 each positioned at both cylinder chambers 25, 26 in a coaxial shape and reciprocates in the pressure chamber 24. The plunger 29 is driven by the differential pressure of air before and behind the piston 28, a pressure regulating valve 41b for low pressure is connected by a three-way cock 42, and a ventilation function is decided by air discharged from the air vent hole of the injection valve V and exuding fuel oil by locating an operating lever 34 at a position A. |
