PURPOSE:To properly adjust the set level of upper and lower shearing cutter blades by providing a level adjusting device on a truck frame. CONSTITUTION:Each level adjusting device 12 is constructed as a worm jack wherein after a screw thread shaft 15 provided with on its lower end concave spherical seats 14 respectively fitted to convex spherical seats 13 provided on the truck frame 13 side is screwed in a female screw 16 on the upper blade frame 9 side and fixed on a screw shaft 16, worms 18 are engaged with a worm gear 17. All the worms 18 are simultaneously driven via level adjusting shafts 20, 21 transmitted from the actuator of a level adjustment driving source 19, and the upper blade frame 9 goes up and down relatively against the truck frame 3 by said simultaneous driving. The upper blade 8 goes up and down by the elevation of the frame 9, allowing a gap between a pass line and a cast piece to be adjusted. |
