<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled ink which contains a specified aqueous mixed solvent, a xanthene coloring matter, sodium benzoate, a ceramic resin and triethylamine and is suitable for recording on foods with a porous surface. CONSTITUTION:The ink contains (A) a mixed solvent consisting of methanol (and/or ethanol) and water in a blend ratio of about 30-70:70-30 by volume, (B) xanthene coloring matter (e.g. Erythrosine or Phloxine), (C) about 0.5-3wt% sodium benzoate, (D) about 10wt% or less ceramic resin and (E) triethylamine. The coloring matter and triethylamine are used in about 25wt% or less and about 30-100wt%, respectively, of the amount of the ceramic resin.</p> |
