PURPOSE:To select the optimum position of an adjustable tracing roller in accordance with the corner radius of a work to be processed, by furnishing a pair of adjustable tracer rollers among others in such a way as possible to adjust their setting positions. CONSTITUTION:This profile sander is composed of a work holder 1 and a sanding machine 2 furnished beside. The holder 1 has at its undersurface a tracer plate 4 with the same shape as the work A to be processed, which is revolved together with the tracer plate 4, when a sandy belt 15 of sanding machine 2 shall be in sliding contact with the work A for its sides to be processed continuously. Adjustable tracer rollers 22 are furnished located both on the left and right sides of a corner tracing roller 20. By such an arrangement, the optimum position of ajustable tracer roller can be selected in accordance with the radius of work A. |
