PURPOSE:To manufacture a capacitor charging coil in a single specification, and to suppress the generation of heat of each semiconductor switching element by charging a battery by high voltage generated in a coil in case of the interruption of the elements or rectifying the reverse half-waves of a generating coil. CONSTITUTION:When a transistor 8 is turned OFF, large induced voltage is generated in the coil 1, and a capacitor 13 is charged. When induced voltage reaches a set value or more, a thyristor 11 is conducted, and the battery 20 is charged. A reverse half-wave output from the coil 1 is transmitted to a lamp 23 through a diode 3, the magnitude of a positive output is suppressed by armature- reaction, and the generation of heat of the coil 1 can be prevented. A thyristor 18 is conducted by an output from a sensor 2 at an ignition timing, and high voltage is generated in the ignition coil 16. |
