PURPOSE:To save labor required for drawing out and housing the balance by a method wherein in the case of the titled cooking range using a strain gauge type load cell as balance, a food is cooked by merely inserting the food into a heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 41 is rotatably provided in the center of the bttom surface of the heating chamber 13 and the balance 30 is arranged at the back of the bottom surface of the heating chamber 13 so as to surround a RT motor 42. In case the food is cooked, various conditions of cooking are inputted by operating keys on an operation panel 13 and the food is placed on a heat radiating shelf 14. As a result, the weight of the food is measured by the balance 30 and the measured value is supplied to a main control section 70 which in turn produces a cooking program and stands ready. Consequently, it is possible to dispense with the work of transferring the food to the heating chamber 13 after the measurement of the weight of the food and it is also possible to save labor for drawing out the balance or for housing it every time when cooking is performed. |
