PURPOSE:To arrange heat insulation panels on a tank wall surface precisely and easily by connecting heat insulation panels, using a spline that is supported by a clip planted in the tank wall. CONSTITUTION:A spline 6 is inserted into a recessed groove on a periphery of a heat insulation panel 4 to connect insulation panels 4 with each other. The spline 6 is supported by a clip 7 planted in a tank wall. The spline 6 connecting the heat insulation panels 4 with each other is made of heat insulation material, and the joint groove part of the insulation panel 4 is filled with polyethylene foaming member 9 in order to obtain sufficient heat insulation effect. The top of the polyethylene foaming member 9 is covered with sealing material 10 made of silicone etc.
