PURPOSE:To obtain the titled nozzle, wherein a core wire and the like of a lapping member, which laps the inside of a nozzle hole are rotated, reciprocating movement is performed, an ink stream is rotated, fluid resistance on the wall surface of the nozzle hole is decreased, and particle formation of ink drops and flying loci are stabilized. CONSTITUTION:Inside of a nozzle 2 is lapped and the nozzle 2 in an ink jet recording device is manufactured. In this case, rotary movement B is imparted to a core wire 1 of a lapping material, which performs lapping, or the nozzle 2, and reciprocating movement A is simultaneously performed. In this way, the lapping is performed. Machining is performed so that directional lines 2b formed on the surface of the nozzle 2 becomes curved lines. Rotation is imparted to ink particles jetted from the nozzle hole. Thus particle formation of ink drops is stabilized and flying loci are stabilized. |
