PURPOSE:To elevate the print quality free from distortion of the printing by making jet into particles reaching the surface of a print paper simultaneously both from the center nozzle and other nozzles among those vertically arranged in plurality. CONSTITUTION:The reaching range of ink particles from nozzles of the print head 3 is different by DELTAS between the central nozzle Pn/2 and (k)th nozzle Pk because a paper 7 runs along the circular surface of the platen and distortion is caused in the printing according to the moving speed of the print head 3. In this system, a speed distribution V1-Vn/2-Vn from the nozzles is preset for the drive section and ink drops are jetted from the nozzles of the print head 3 according to the set speed. This makes the reading time of the ink equal between the nozzles eliminating distortion in the printing. The same effect can be obtained by interposing a delay circuit between the control section and the drive section to delay the time in inverse proportion to DELTAS. |
