PURPOSE:To enable the detachment and re-assembling of a filter plate without disassembling the whole apparatus completely, by providing a draw-up permitting part for permitting the drawing-up of the filter plate and a release part for releasing a hooking part from a horizontal support material by changing the direction of the drawn-up filter plate under the hooking part of each filter plate. CONSTITUTION:Parallel draw-up permitting parts 14 having an interval equal to the width between left and right horizontal support plates 4 set therebetween are formed to both side surfaces of the filter plate 7 of a flat film apparatus below the hooking parts 13 thereof and parallel release parts 15 having an interval narrower than the width between the draw-up permitting parts 14 are provided to said filter plate 7 below the lower ends of the draw-up permitting parts 14. The filter plate 7 is detached for the purpose of repairing of breakdown as follows. That is, the nut of a screw shaft 7 is loosened or pulled off, and a movable end plate 5 and the filter plates up to one adjacent to the right to the trouble filter plates up to one adjacent to the right of the trouble filter plate are slid to the right along the horizontal support plates 4 to form an interval from the trouble filter plate, and the trouble filter plate is drawn up and subsequently twisted by 90 deg., inclined and drawn out to an oblique downward direction and further largely inclined and finally fallen to a horizontal state to be drawn out and detached. A new filter pate is set by reversely performing the above mentioned operation.
