PURPOSE:To prevent the breakdown of a solar cell and crack of an adhesives, both of which have occurred at a conventional face contact, by a structure wherein the stress of heat collecting fins is made difficult to be applied to the solar cell by fixing the solar cell and the heat collecting fins in line contact state. CONSTITUTION:Each one of the heat collecting fins 14 is provided with a mounting hole 14a, through which a heat collecting pipe 12 provided to penetrate, and slits 14b with a fixed depth from its upper end arranged at intervals respectively. The solar cell 15 is mounted to the mounting surfaces at the upper ends of said heat collecting fins 14 with a sinterable adhesives 16 with good heat conductivity. Due to the incidence of the sun, the electric output is taken out at the solar cell 15 and the solar cell 15 is also heated as well as the heat collecting fins 14. In this case, the influence of thermal extention or contraction generated between the solar cell 15 and the heat collecting member side, comprising the heat collecting pipe 12 and the heat collecting fins 14 under the conditions that the heat transfer medium flowing in the heat collecting pipe 12 is heated by the heats, one of which comes from the solar cell 15 through the heat collecting fins 14 and the other of which comes by being directly heated by the sun, can be made small. |
