PURPOSE:To keep loop gain at constant and consequently slow down the change of room temperature in response to the change of open air temperature by a method wherein controller gain is changed complementarily to the change of process gain in the control of the air conditioner which performs cooling by taking-in the open air. CONSTITUTION:The process gain PG, which is determined by the ratio of the change rate of the room temperature to the opening of an open air take-in damper, increases nearly in proportional to the difference thetaR-theta0 between the room temperature thetaR and the open air temperature theta0. The controller gain CG, which is determined by the ratio of the opening of the open air take-in damper to the difference between the set temperature and the room temperature, is changed complementarily to the process gain PG in order to control a damper D1 based upon the controller gain CG, resulting in keeping the loop gain LG, which is determined by the sum of the process gain PG and the controller gain CG, nearly at constant. |
