PURPOSE:To hinder welding deformation by fitting ribs in the internal space of a turbine nozzle blade formed by jointing of a dorsal and aventral plate at their edge parts. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle blade 17 is formed by a curved ventral plate 6, a curved dorsal plate 7 and ribs 5. The ventral and dorsal plates 6, 7 are bent into specified forms by a press etc. and welded together at their edge parts facing each other to produce beads b1, b2. Ribs 5 are fitted in the space formed by the ventral and dorsal plates 6, 7. |
