PURPOSE:To perform, needless to say, inspection for a start, automatically transfer to the start unless a trouble for the start is provided in accordance with a result of the inspection, and display an alarm further inhibit the start when a defective obstacle for the start is discovered. CONSTITUTION:A detector 1 checking amounts of cooling water, lubricating oil, etc. is connected to a processor 3, to which a proper value of check items is stored by a microcomputer or the like, and a check value of the detector 1 is compared with the proper value by said processor 3. Then two sets of output terminals are provided to said processor 3, and an output is generated in one of the output terminals when a compared result is proper, while this terminal is connected to a starter 2. An output is generated in the other output terminal when the compared result is improper, here an output is not generated in the terminal connected to the starter 2. An alarm display device 4 is connected to said other output terminal. |
