PURPOSE:To improve fuel consumption and prevent a stain in a combustion system in which a plural number of fuel injection valves are provided per one cylinder, by independently injecting a different kind of fuel oil from each of the fuel injection valves. CONSTITUTION:A fuel system is constituted from a low quality fuel oil tank 1, good quality fuel oil tank 1', selector valves 2, 2', supply oil pumps 3, 3', oil heaters 4, 4' and fuel injection pump 5, 5' and 6, 6'. In case of multi-fuel firing of low quality fuel oil and good quality fuel oil for improvement of combustion at low load operation, the selector valve 2' is selected, then the good quality fuel oil sucked by the oil pump 3' from the tank 1' is jetted from the injection valve 6' and the low quality fuel oil is jetted from the injection valve 6 respectively, resulting in a multi-fuel fired condition by a different kind of fuel oil. During normal operation, the low quality fuel oil is injected from the injection valves 6, 6'. |
