PURPOSE:To achieve the safety operation of a dump truck by detecting that the truck drives with a vessel lifted, issueing a warning and opening and closing solenoid valves for a fuel system and brake locking to stop an engine and lock a brake, respectively. CONSTITUTION:If a vessel is lifted, a limit switch 1 is actuated and a signal is sent to a meter cable revolution detective senser 2. The sensor 2 detects that a dump truck drives with a vessel lifted, and then sends signals to a counter 3. The counter 3 counts the number of the signals and when the number reaches a specific value, the counter sends a signal to relays 4 and 5. Once receiving the signal, the relays 4 and 5 light pilot lamps 6 and 7 to warn the driver. In addition, the relays 4 and 5 close a solenoid valve 9 in the fuel system to stop an engine and open a brake actuating solenoid valve 10 to apply a brake. |
