PURPOSE:To enable a facility such as a turbine or power generator etc. to be installed on the ground by a method wherein a rising wind force rising from the ground upward is produced and the turbine is driven by utilizing this rising wind force to generate a power. CONSTITUTION:The air on the ground G is sucked and guided from an inlet port 7 into an air duct 2 and then flows as the rising wind up to a discharging port 8 released to the upper space S. In particular, the inlet port 7 shows an expansion in volume of the air sucked there under heating by solar heat. The force of air flow rising in the air duct 2 is increased, the turbine 6 is rotated at a high speed so as to drive a generator 5 via an output transmission shaft 27. Therefore, either the turbine or power generator etc. can be installed on the ground. |
