PURPOSE:To improve energy efficiency of a device and increase a life of a bearing, by arranging a dynamotor, flywheel, bearings, etc. in a completely sealed vacuum vessel blocked from the outside air further forming one of the bearings to a magnetic bearing and the other to a pivot bearing. CONSTITUTION:A minor contour vessel 3 and a major contour vessel 4 constituting a completely sealed vacuum vessel 1 are mutually communicated, and an upper wall 3a and a bottom wall 4a are also closed completely from the outside. Then the bottom end of a rotary shaft 12 of a flywheel 11 is supported to a pivot bearing 23, while the upper end is supported to a magnetic bearing 19 of contactless type. Further an electromagnet 16 loading the weight of the flywheel 11 is arranged to the upper of the flywheel 11. By such constitution, weight of the flywheel 11 and a rotor 7 of a dynamotor 5 is attracted by the electromagnet 16, and thrust force acting on the pivot bearing 23 is reduced then its life is increased. |
