PURPOSE:To shorten vulcanization time and aim at uniform vulcanization and improve durability, by setting the ratio between the width of the tire central portion in its radial direction and the width of a rim to a predetermined value, and forming recesses on both sides of the section of the tire in its radial direction. CONSTITUTION:The width W of the tire central portion A in the section in its radial direction is set to the range of 130 to 80% of the width RW of a rim, and recesses 5 are formed on both sides of the section the tire in its radial direction. The thickness T of a tread rubber 4 is set to the range of 25 to 60% of the height TH of the tire. With such an arrangement where the recesses 5 are formed on both sides of the tire and the width of the tire is gradually decreased from the vicinity of a boundary B between the tread rubber 4 and a base rubber 3 and then gradually increased toward a wheel 2, heat radiation effect may be improved, thereby also improving durability, and vulcanization time may be shortened. |
