摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent tumbling of a vehicular body and improve work efficiency, by locking an axle fixing mechanism, in a fork lift truck or the like, when both a steering wheel turning angle signal and a vehicular speed exceed fixed conditions. CONSTITUTION:A steering wheel turning angle signal S1 outputted from a variable resistor and a vehicular speed signal S2 outputted from a generating element are inputted to a control circuit 24. When a vehicle turns sharply where both the signals S1 and S2 indicate higher value than a fixed value, a lock signal S3 is outputted from the control circuit 24 to excite an electromagnetic solenoid 36. With this excitation, a solenoid valve 35 is switched from a port 35a on a communication side to a port 35b on an interception side and cylinder chambers R1 and R2 of a lock cylinder 30 are shut. Accordingly, a piston rod 32 is fixed to a frame 1a to lock a rear axle 3. In this manner, sharp turn of the vehicle is detected and the rear axle 3 is locked, thus stabilizing the vehicular body and preventing tumbling of same.
