PURPOSE:To improve the powder transport capacity without deteriorating the pressure tight capability, by using an electric field curtain sheet which has a single phase exposed over the surface of the sheet main body among plural electrodes. CONSTITUTION:An insulated reinforcement layer 11 which is unified with an inner dielectric layer 2 and a surface dielectric layer 7 by means of vulcanization, etc. is provided at a cross part of electrodes of an electric field curtain sheet main body 1 having an exposed phase of an electrode 9 and between the layers 2 and 7. As a result, the electrode cross part has no dielectric breakdown even though buried electrodes 3 and 4 are set close to the surface electrode 9. This improves the pressure resistance of the main body 1. In addition, the powder transport capacity is improved since the electrodes 3, 4 and 9 are set close to each other in the thickness direction. Thus an electric field curtain sheet can be easily produced with a low cost since the layer 11 is formed easily by vulcanization, etc. |
