<p>Disclosed is a runner of an adjustable-blade hydraulic turbine, comprising a hub carrying blades and having a chamber adapted to accommodate a servomotor and a chamber adapted to accommodate a mechanism for adjusting the blades. The chambers are separated by a partition having an opening provided therein to pass a rod therethrough. A sealing member is provided in the zone where the rod passes through said opening made in the partition and is used to prevent the oil from leaking into the chamber housing the mechanism for adjusting the blades, the sliding surfaces of the members of said mechanism being made of a self-lubricating material. The proposed runner structure makes it possible to prevent the oil from leaking into the water area, and to keep the water from entry into the runner adjustment system.</p>
