PURPOSE:To protect an object of vibration resistance, which is weak for vibration. safely from external vibration and particularly exhibit effective vibration resistance in emergency where vibration roughly equal to characteristic frequency in the inside of the object of vibration resistance is applied. CONSTITUTION:A vibration resistant member 70 provided with both a spring mechanism and a damper mechanism is installed between the loading platform 86 of a track which is a vibration member and the vacuum vessel of a cryostat 10 which is an object of vibration resistance. The characteristic frequency of a system consisting of the cryostat 10 and the vibration resistant member 70 is made to coincide with the characteristic vibration inside the cryostat 10.
