PURPOSE:To enable measuring of the temperature of an object to be heated at any position on a placing table, by a method wherein the placing table for the object to be heated is rotatably placed in a heating chamber, a lamp and a temperature detector are mounted outside the heating chamber in a manner that they are positioned facing each other through pores formed in the side walls of the heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:A placing table 6 for an object 8 to be heated, which performs a rotational movement by means of a motor 7, is located at the inside of a heating chamber 1 formed of metal walls. Pores 9 and 10 are provided in positions, located facing each other, on side walls 1b and 1c of the heating chamber 1, and a tungsten lamp 11 and an infrared radiation temperature detector 12 are disposed outside the heating chamber 1 so that they are positioned opposite to each other through the pores 9 and 10. With the rotation of the placing table 6, this constitution feeds the light of the lamp 11 directly to the light receiving part of said detector 12, or shuts off the light to the object 8 to be heated. While the light is shut off, infrared rays corresponding to the temperature of the object 8 to be heated is generated from the object 8 to be heated, and the infrared rays are received by the light receiving part of the detector 12 to measure the temperature of the object 8 to be heated. |
