PURPOSE:To simplify a heat up memory circuit, by a method wherein the completion of preheating of an evaporating circuit is stored through trigger of a PUT, and when the memory is cleared, the clearing is conducted through turning OFF of a transistor connected to the cathode of the PUT. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit for combustion is provided with a heat up memory circuit 6 which stores that the temperature of an evaporating heater for evaporating the liquid fuel rises to the evaporating temperature of the fuel. In which case, the memory circuit 6 comprises a PUT 101 having an anode side connected to a terminal 60 coupled to a heater thermo circuit, not shown, through a resistor 94 and a diode 93. The anode side of the PUT101 is connected to a stabilizing power source terminal 44 through a resistor 98 and to a GND terminal 45 through a capacitor 97. Additionally, the gate of the PUT 101 is connected to a resistor 99 and an input of a transistor array IC103, and the cathode thereof to a collector of a transistor 95. |
