CONSTITUTION:When gate current Ig is allowed to flow from the gate current supplying line 27 to a titled gate circuit, the current is divided into two lines, a current line consisting of a Josephson junction 21 and resistors 23, 25 and a current line consisting of a Josephson junction 22 and a resistor 24 and the sum Ig1 of the resistance values of the resistors 23, 25 and a current value Ig2 inversely proportional to the resistance value of the resistor 24 are allowed to flow, respectively. When input current Ic is allowed to flow from an input line 26 under said status, the input current Ic is divided into two lines, a current line consisting of the Josephson junctions 21, 22 and the resistors 24, 25 and a current line consisting of the resistor 23. As a result, the gate current Ig is allowed to flow into the resistors 23, 25 through the Josephson junction 21, so that the Josephson junction 21 is switched to a potentiated status.
