CONSTITUTION:Coixenolide, a constitutional molecule of coix lacryma-jobi L. var. ma-yuen Stapf of Chinese herbal remedy is purifid into coixenolide having >=99% purity, to give a remedy showing antiphlogistic effect by edema suppression, immune antibody-producing effect by prevention of adjuvant arthritis, central inhibitory effect by drop in bodily temperature, and integumentary effect such as perniosis amelioration, itching amelioration, removal of wart, etc., comprising pure coixenolide as an active ingredient. |
