PURPOSE:To discharge noxious gases and dust in a structure of a factory or the like effectively into the outside thereof, by providing a forcibly sucking and blowing apparatus for jetting high speed air toward an exhausting apparatus provided in the factory. CONSTITUTION:When the blower 26 of a forcibly sucking and blowing apparatus 2 is driven, noxious gas or air that contains fine dust, that is, dust-entraining air is led from a suction port 21 into a blowing tower 22, then via the blower 26 into a heater 27 where it is heated, and is jetted at high speed through a high speed jet outlet 25 that is directed toward the exhausting apparatus 1 provided at the top of the structure 3. The exhausting apparatus 1 has a guide pipe 11 which has an opening in the lower end, and since the inclination of the opening is approximately vertical to the streamline of the dust-entraining air, the dust- entraining air is effectively sucked into the guide cylinder 11. The dust-entraining air collected in the guide cylinder 11 is then discharged outside through a ventilating fan 10 on the rooftop. |
