PURPOSE:To maintain purely and stably each part of a water sampling apparatus and a water sensor for a long period, by reversing the feeding order of water containing ozone to each piping. CONSTITUTION:When an ozone adsorbing process is finished, a pump 11 is actuated by a command of a controlling board 16 and at the same time, switching valves 1, 2 are turned off and then, piping upto a water collecting point (b) of an ozone supply apparatus is washed. And so forth, the piping of a collecting point (c) and that to a water collecting point (d), are washed successively and the pumps 11, 12 are stopped at the time of finishing all washing and then, the valve 1 is closed. In this manner, the concentration of the ozone feeding to each piping is uniformalized by feeding the ozone successively to the piping decreasing a pressure loss, and each part of a water collecting apparatus and a water sensor are maintained in clean and safe state for a long period. |
