PURPOSE:To measure automatically and exactly a distance, by providing an operating device for operating and correcting the cable circumferential length and an error of cable length by a winding stage. CONSTITUTION:A rotation transfer chain 16 is extended between a pulley 14 fixed to a rotary shaft of a pulse transmitter supported on a rack base 9, and a pulley 15 fixed to a drum rotary shaft 3, and the rotary shaft of the pulse transmitter 13 is rotated, following a rotation of a drum 1. A rotation of the rotary shaft 3 of the drum 1 is read by this pulse transmitter 13, a detecting signal is sent to an operator 17 provided on the rack base 9, and circumferential length of the drum is operated. Also, a touch sensor 18 which contacts with an irregular winding preventing device 2 and detects the left and right movement of the device 2 is provided on both the rack bases 9, 9, so that an error by a winding stage difference of an electric power supply cable (a) is operated and corrected, by sending this detecting signal to the operator 17. |
