PURPOSE:To improve a drip-proof effect, by a method wherein, in a drip-proof circuit for use with a low pressure oil spray system burner, in case an oil jet pressure is low, an oil pressure higher than a spray pressure is exerted on the valve body of the drip-proof valve. CONSTITUTION:In operation, when an oil pump, not shown, an oil heater in an oil inlet line 5, simultaneously, turns ON, motor-operated valves 7 and 12 are opened, and an oil circuit takes the form of a circulating circuit. In which case, a part of the pressurized oil enters a pressure line 6, the high pressure is applied to a pressure receiving part 24 of a pressure line of a dip-proof valve 1, and a small amount of the oil flows out from a bypass throttle 14 to a circulating line 11. Meanwhile, the pressurized oil from a pressure line 5 enters the drip-proof valve 1 through a throttle 9, and enters an outlet 4 through a penetrating part 17, a pressure receiving part 25, and a penetrating part 18. Thereafter, with the motor-operated valves 7 and 12 closed, the oil circuit forms an oil spray circuit, and a ball valve 23 is forcibly opened against the force of a spring 21 to spray the oil through a nozzle 26. |
