<p>PURPOSE:To enable accurate bonding of individual parts preventing outflow of adhesive during curing stage and to facilitate continuous and automatic assembling of the titled frame, by applying a thermosetting adhesive to the bonding part and curing the adhesive in hot bath. CONSTITUTION:A bicycle frame 1 assembled by applying a thermosetting adhesive (e.g. epoxy resin) to the bonding parts is supported with an assembling jig 2 and immersed in a hot bath 3. The above adhesive is cured in the liquid 4 of the hot bath 3 to obtain the objective frame.</p> |
