PURPOSE:To reduce the variance of the filter characteristics and to reduce the size as well as to improve the vibration resistance for a microwave filter, by connecting electrically a conductor layer formed in a pierced hole of a dielectric resonator to a capacity coupling electrode pattern formed on an insulated substrate. CONSTITUTION:A metallic frame 14 is put on plural dielectric resonators 1 which are stored in a metallic case 5, and a flexible printed substrate 7 is put on the frame 14. Then a terminal of an inter-stage coupling capacity coupling electrode pattern of the substrate 7 is connected to an inside conductor of the resonator 1. Thus a filter is obtained. In case the filter characteristics have a variance due to the variance of the resonator 1, a part of the electrode pattern is removed or added to vary the coupling capacity. Thus the desired filter characteristics can be obtained. |
