<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the bonding of split cores and to reduce magnetic loss at the bonded part by providing a recess on the outer periphery in the vicinity of the split surface of the cores and mounting a bonding band made of ferromagnetic spring material in the recess. CONSTITUTION:Recesses 6, 6' are formed on the outer peripheries of split cores 1, 1' in the vicinity of the split surface. Then, a bonding band 7 is mounted on the recesses 6, 6' in the state that the split flat surface 3 is intimately contacted. The bond 7 is made of ferromagnetic spring material to act a force F which always urges between the split surfaces in a direction of an arrow so as not to produce a gap between the split surfaces 3. The surfaces 3 can be bonded in an extremely simple structure, rugged surface is not necessarily formed on the split surfaces but may be flat, and the magnetic loss due to the bonding gap can be minimized.</p> |
