摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent extruded material from temperature rise by a method wherein molten plastic is divided, an additive is supplied to one part, kneaded sufficiently, then joined to the other molten material containing no additive, mixed and dispersed in a biaxial kneading extruder. CONSTITUTION:Molten plastics (hereinafter, molten material) are supplied quantatively from the polymerization device 11 and divided into pipes 13, 14 at the fork 2. The molten material poured separately into the pipe 13 is supplied to the molten material supplying port 17 at the downstream of a biaxial kneading extruder 16. One kind or more of additives corresponding to the total amount of molten material supplied from the additive supplying port 20 to the above-mentioned biaxial kneading extruder 16 are measured at the measuring feeder 21 and supplied continuously to it, and mixed by the biaxial kneading extruder 16 with the molten material and dispersed. Then, the molten material containing the dispersed additive and the molten material containing no above-mentioned divided additive are mixed at the downstream section of the molten material supply port 17 to mix the additive continuously at a fixed ratio with the molten material and to disperse the additive in the molten material.
