PURPOSE:To insert a jacket smoothly and to lock a holding element assuredly, by fitting a pair of latch members to the external periphery of a shaft fixed close to the terminal end part of the inserted jacket and attaching cancellers to both ends parts of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:The shaft 65 is pivotally fitted between the holes of subchassis 321, 322 located on the leading end parts of jacket guides 30. A pair of latch members 67 are pivotally fitted to the external peripheries of the shaft 65 and these latch members 67 are coupled unitedly by a coupling board 66, The cancellers 69 coupled with releasing pieces 68 each of which is L-shaped on a plane are fixed on the external peripheries of both ends of the shaft 65. Since the turning operation is concentrated upon the shaft 65 and the shaft 65 is locked to a recessed part 21 from both right and left sides, malfunction is prevented and the jacket 16 can be inserted or removed simply. |
