PURPOSE:A vector, consisting of a lymphotoxin genetic sequence containing a promoter region and enhancer sequence capable of activating the sequence and capable of giving a strain capable of highly producing lymphotoxin. CONSTITUTION:A lymphotoxin (LT) expression vector consisting of an LT genetic sequence containing a promoter region and an enhancer sequence capable of activating the sequence, preferably derived from viral genome, retroviral genome or Rous sarcoma viral genome. The LT expression vector is preferably any one of plasmid pLT-R1, pLT-R2, pLT-R3 or pLT-R3dhfr.
