PURPOSE:To prevent flowing out of uncured adhesive by high pressure washing water or the like, by folding at least one part of an inner board close to a position of applying an adhesive toward an outer board to ensure the storing space of the adhesive, then to prevent dripping and pausing of the uncured adhesive in a production process. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive 3 is applied at a suitable distance around outer circumferential edge 2a of the inner board 2 of an engine hood A. The outer circumferential edge 2a of the inner board is folded to make a step toward the outer board 1 at the position close to the adhesive 3. The height L2 of the outer circumferential edge 2a is made almost 1/2 of the thickness of the adhesive 3. When the inner board 2 is moved toward the outer board 1 by vibration or the like, the inner board 2 touches inside of the outer board 1 by the vibration or the impact, and the inner board 2 is prevented from moving more and uncured adhesive 3 is not crushed abnormally. As a space L3 formed between te outer board 1 and the outer circumferential edge 2a becomes narrower, the adhesive 3 becomes hard to be washed away by high pressure washing water. |
