PURPOSE:To enable to make fine adjustment to the angle of oscillatory rotation of a rotor shaft from the outside, by advancing and retracting an adjusting means formed with a tapered surface at its top through the wall of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When an adjusting means 10 is advanced, a drive pin 9 is turned reversely along a tapered surface 11, so that the angle is decreased. On the other hand, when the adjusting means 10 is retracted, the angle is increased. Subsequently, when oil is supplied, a rotor shaft 3 begins to turn in a clockwise direction and oil is discharged from an oil port 7. Here, since the rotor shaft 3 is turned until a vane 4 comes into abutment with a stopper 5, an oscillatory turning force of a required angle can be obtained. |
