PURPOSE:To attain the miniaturization and light weight by fixing a piezoelectric element to a base so as to be projected to a base notch and arranging an impedance converting circuit element to the base. CONSTITUTION:A copper layer 18 is provided on the upper face of the base 16 made of a ceramics and a notch 16a is provided and the piezoelectric element 15 is arranged so as to projecting the said notch 16a. The piezoelectric element 15 is fitted to the base 16 by sticking the silver thin film 23 in press contact with the base 16 via a conductive adhesives to continuity to the silver thin film 23 and the copper layer 18. Further, the element 17 constituting the circuit converting the impedance of the piezoelectric element 15 is arranged on the base 16 and connected to the piezoelectric element 15 by a lead wire 33. Thus, the piezoelectric sensor is miniaturized and its weight is reduced. |
