PURPOSE:To obtain a vibro-isolating member with large adhesive strength and excellent creep resistance, by constructing a first and second molded portions of hard thermoplastic polymer and constructing a third member disposed between them of thermoplastic elastomer. CONSTITUTION:A first mold cavity 4 and a second mold cavity 5 in concentric arrangement with a specified shape are filled wit a hard thermoplastic polymer composition 6 molten by heat and injected therein and then a core 7 is retracted for opening a third mold cavity 8, which is filled with soft thermoplastic elastomer composition 9 injected thereto. At the time, sulfuric cross-linking agent permits the thermoplastic elastomer to form cross-linking at its surface phase and the molds are released so that to take a molded body is taken out. As a result, since an intermediately molded body 3 has its inner and outer molded body portions 1, 2 and surface phases in contact with the portions having cross- linking construction, they have excellent adhesive property and improves its creep resistant property. |
