PURPOSE:To perform the abrasion test of a surface treated film accurately, by communicating a compressed air feeding port to an outer hole, which is in parallel with an inner pipe through which grinding material flows down and has a contraction, and providing a grinding material jetting nozzle made of metal. CONSTITUTION:Adjustment is perfomed by moving an adjusting rod 1' up and down so that an grinding material 4 falls at a constant falling speed when a shutter 7 is opened. Thereafter the shutter is closed. A test body is set under a nozzle, a cock 13 is opened, and compressed air is jetted. The pressure of the compressed air is regulated by a regulator 2. The air enters the space in the nozzle 14 from a feeding port 16. The air is streamlined by a contraction and advanced to the tip part. When the shutter 7 is opened, the grinding material 4 is jetted from the nozzle 14, and the abrasion test is performed. The nozzle 14 is made of metal. The accuracy in sizes of the nozzle 14 is improved. A grinding material jetting hole and the compressed air jetting port are provided on the same plane. Thereby, the reverse flow of the compressed air into the inner pipe is prevented. |
