<p>The server/slicer for pies and tarts allows serving equal portions, and has two sectors (3,4) which can be moved on each side of the slicer-support (1) along a circle arc on the same axis (2). The two sectors (3,4) are held in particular positions by means of a spring clip (7). A retainer (14) keeps the sectors (3,4) in contact with the spring (7). Holes (9,10,8) are placed opposite each other so that the three sections are positioned at an angle of one hundred and twenty degrees to one another. A hole (II) indicates the centre of the dish. Markers numbered from 4 to 10, and (12, 13) on the sectors (3,4) indicate the size of portion to be cut.</p> |
