PURPOSE:To realize an optical lightweight driving device, by attaching the 2nd optical system having a focusing lens to a secondary arm which is supported by a main arm attaching the 1st optical system including a light source and then performing focusing and tracking. CONSTITUTION:The 1st optical system 3 containing a laser diode, etc. is attached to a main arm 2 which is driven by a main driving means 1. A secondary arm 4 is supported by the arm 2 via a supporter 6 made of an elastic material. The 2nd optical system 5 containing a focusing lens 5a is attached to the arm 4 in oppositon to the system 3. The system 5 is driven in directions Z and theta by a secondary driving means 7. This means 7 functions as a counter weight to the system 3 to ensure the stable driving of the arm 2. |
